Born in San Jose, Ca, Frank Adorno III founded Adorno Construction, Inc. in 1988.
Frank works closely with his staff to make every facet of the operation run efficiently.
At the age of 16, he began working for his father�s concrete and masonry company pouring
concrete and learning the business. He earned an Associates degree in Construction Technology
from West Valley College in 1983. Frank is married and has two sons; he enjoys spending his spare
time with his family. He also loves to hunt duck, deer and elk along with fishing.
Victor PerezOwner / Vice-President
Victor, born in Argentina, immigrated to America with his family at the age of 10. It was in the early 1970�s that Victor was first introduced to the concrete industry. Victor�s father was employed by Frank Jr�s concrete and masonry company. Victor is married and has 2 sons and 1 daughter. He enjoys spending time with family. Victor loves soccer, hunting duck, deer and elk along with fishing.
Frank Adorno Jr.Project Manager
Frank Adorno Jr. has worked in the cement industry for over 35 years, starting the Adorno Cement and Masonry Company in the early 1970s. After retiring he came to work for his son’s company bringing his decades of experience with him. Frank served with distinction in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. In the 1950s through the 70s he consulted as a rocket scientist for Propulsion Dynamics and also worked on nuclear control drives for General Electric. He’s been married for 51 years and has 2 children including Frank Adorno III, the President of Adorno Construction.
